Archive Governance
Archive Integrity
Live release and historical-archive totals calculated from the shipped JSON authority—not page counters, cached labels, or visual estimates.

Parity checks
Every check compares independent archive layers. A pass means the values agree in the currently served files.
Source ledger
Each source is fetched directly from production and compared with its release-manifest SHA-256 hash.

Deep player-shard audit
The normal audit compares the three player indexes with the build-verified physical-shard manifest. This optional check requests every player shard with three bounded workers, validates successful HTTP responses, retries rate limits and server failures, and separates missing files from inconclusive availability failures.
Deep check not started.
The deep audit is intentionally opt-in. It downloads approximately 2.4 MB in total, never runs more than three requests at once, and cannot pass while any request returns 404, 410, 429, 5xx, timeout, or network failure.
